Business Process & Systems Engineer, Channel Sales
As a Business Process and Systems Engineer you will beaccountable for defining process models and optimizations, generatingquantifiable process improvements and optimizations across energy operations.This will require working cross-functionally across energy operations, forexample with warehousing, supply chain, quality, finance, solar and softwareengineering, and others. You will optimize the product lifecycle through timestudies, process mapping, simulation modeling, and other methods to exposeinefficiencies and improvement opportunities. In addition, you will monitoroperational throughput to evaluate progress towards attaining optimalproductivity, throughput, and quality. Location: Flexible to any Tesla Site What to Expect

Sales Process Optimization:Evaluate, review, and improve business processes in channel sales, enhancingefficiency and customer experience Data-driven Decision Making:Consume and interpret data, reports and insights provided by analysts to drivedecision making for business process improvements Provide clear, strategicdirection to analysts regarding the metrics required for measuring the successand effectiveness of business processes Software Management: Develop andmanage software roadmaps, making updates and changes as necessary to supportefficient channel sales operations Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with channel sales teams, technical teams, and other stakeholdersto define and implement process improvements Process Integration: Create andmaintain seamless alignment of sales processes with overall business strategy Training: Develop trainingmaterials and conduct training sessions with sales teams regarding new orimproved processes Compliance: Ensure all processesare compliant with relevant laws, guidelines, and commercial best practices What You’ll Bring
Analytical Ability: Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex patterns, relationships,and trends. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques Technical Proficiency: Advancedskills in SQL, Excel and familiarity with relational database systems.Understanding of programming basics and construction-related software is beneficial Problem Solving Skills: Proficientwith structured problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Five Whys, Ishikawa,8Ds Continuous Improvement Strategies:Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvementstrategies as applied in a business context Communication skills: Excellentwritten and oral communication skills. Articulate complex information tovarious stakeholders effectively, such as field inspectors, softwaredevelopers, managers, and regulatory officials
