What You'll Do:

• Partner with one of respective subdivision senior leadership to develop and refine strategic business plans, translating goals into actionable outcomes. Reports on the subdivision's progress and fosters insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead the subdivision's operating cadence (staff meetings, huddles, planning sessions, offsites, town halls), ensuring each forum has a purpose, agenda, and follow-through.
• Create high-quality executive presentations and briefs for internal and external audiences, making complex data clear and compelling.
• Drive key projects and participate in critical initiatives across the subdivision and division.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and the MD Chief of Staff to co-author divisional papers for governance bodies or other executive forums.
• Leads or participates in key projects for the subdivision and division.

Qualifications:

• Eight years related work experience, including five years of experience within a client facing division.
• Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Ability to appropriately manage confidential, sensitive data.
• Proficiency in MS Office product suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
