Your role at Clorox:
The Business Quality Manager leads the quality function for the Brita business unit and provides leadership and governance to the Litter and Canada business units. The successful candidate develops and drives the strategic quality direction, integrating quality systems and processes across the end-to-end supply chain. This role is accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, leading Product Issue Teams, embedding robust quality systems, and enabling continuous improvement to deliver superior consumer outcomes and business performance. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations to embed quality into every stage of the value chain.In this role, you will:

What we look for:
10+ years of progressive quality experience, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, including products, manufacturing facilities, and audit management.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive results.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through product quality issues and implement effective corrective actions to ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Strong coaching, talent development, and team-building capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, including knowledge of risk-based quality systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to foster a results-oriented and motivating team environment.
Highly adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Flexibility to travel up to 30%.
Experience in an FDA-regulated industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of microbiology, including the ability to review microbiological data, identify risk areas, coach teams, and support contamination control and environmental monitoring programs.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200
–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200
–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
