Business Requirements Analyst and Records Manager
Key Role: Support specialist in crafting business requirements for Microsoft 365, including Army 365 products, and provide records and information management (RIM) support in a team environment for an Army Project Manager (PM) organization. Work with the PM's full Army 365 technical support team and stakeholders to capture and clarify business requirements, test new features or fixes, design release plans for new or updated solutions, write announcements and training guides, hold training demonstrations, monitor and report on performance on existing solutions, and provide first-class customer service to the organization.Assist with filing and organizing records, and provide advice and support in administering, evaluating, and improving RIM programs, policies, processes, operations, and tools. Work with Power Platform developers and Special Project team members to ensure client needs are being met. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business requirements development or analysis
Experience with agile development techniques
Experience with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS)
Experience with writing how-to guides, tutorials, and Microsoft Teams announcements
Experience with RIM, business process analysis, and strategic planning
Experience with SharePoint content management and governance
Knowledge of DoD and Army Information Security and Information Assurance practices and policies
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications: Experience with requirements elicitation practices and analysis
Experience with software testing and providing training demonstrations
Ability to work in a dynamic team-focused environment
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage time efficiently
Ability to multi-task
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
