Job Description - Business Rotational Leadership Development Program Analyst

Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow \u2013 all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible. \n\nPTC\u2019s two-year rotational program builds agile future leaders by developing recent graduates with cross-organizational experience, high-impact opportunities, executive exposure, and leadership development. Program associates complete four six-month rotations designed to expose the associate to a variety of roles and functions while being fully embedded in the team. With each rotation, you will gain exclusive access to new skills, training, resources, and senior leadership. This access will provide you with the foundational knowledge to help you discover how a large organization functions and how you can contribute to PTC\u2019s success. Previous graduates of the program have landed roles in Revenue and Sales Operations, Corporate Strategy and Development, Competitive Intelligence, Partner Management, User Experience, and Analyst Relations, just to name a few.\n\nIn addition to your rotation managers, you will be teamed with a program manager who serves as a strategic coach and works with you to curate your program experience. As an RLDP Associate, you will receive performance reviews every six months, career guidance from the dedicated Program Manager, and participate in a 2-week onboarding with the rest of your RLDP cohort.\n\nBusiness Track rotations typically fall within these areas of the organization:\n\n * Corporate Strategy\n * Mergers \u0026 Acquisitions\n * Product Planning and Strategy\n * Environmental Social Governance (ESG)\n * Sales Operations and Analytics\n * Sales Programs\n * Corporate Marketing \n * Data Analytics\n * Customer Success\n * Project Management\n\n\n\nThese are broad areas of the business where rotations typically sit; however, individual rotations vary based on interest, skills, and business needs.\n\nYour day-to-day will vary based on your current rotation and interests. However, all RLDP associates are expected to:\n\n * Participate in weekly cohort check-ins\n * Build leadership skills through a structured learning program, executive speaker sessions, and monthly formal learning workshops\n * Partner with the program manager to tailor your two-year experience\n * Establish a personal brand and network to kick-start your career\n * Influence improvements to the RLDP program by participating in program committees\n * Support strategic initiatives and programs\n * Source and lead 6-month rotational projects and present findings to executive stakeholders\n\n\n\nSuccessful RLDP Associates will need the following skills and knowledge:\n\n * Intellectual curiosity and the motivation to develop your career\n * Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills\n * Willingness to try new things outside your comfort zone and thrive in ambiguity\n * Adaptable and resilient attitude in an evolving environment\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Operations, Liberal Arts, or related area received after May 2023\n * A Boston-based role, requiring in-person attendance potentially up to 4 days a week\n * The expected salary for this role is $75,000 and is subject to change based on business approval.\n * This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship\n\n\n\nAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
