This approach has shown proven results in improving our profit margins and our market outreach, and we are now in need of new Business Sales Trainees to continue the momentum we’ve built!

What You’ll Do as a Business Sales Trainee:

• Conduct on the ground research on current market trends and competitor strategies
• Collect and pass on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Help to conduct presentations and pitches for prospective customers
• Assist in analyzing company profit & loss statements to ensure revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to implement best practices
• Track the status of leads and customer communications, following up when necessary
• Shadowing senior team members to learn best practices in business sales

What We’re Looking for in a Business Sales Trainee:

• Previous experience in business development and/or sales is a plus
• Humble individuals looking to start in an entry level role and work their way up
• Hungry, eager to learn new things and develop new skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others as well as take independent initiative
• Capacity to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
