We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Services Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall business services operations within our organization. You will be tasked with implementing strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business operations and a track record of successfully driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement business services strategies to support the overall organizational objectives
Lead and manage a team of business services professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business services department, ensuring processes are efficient and effective
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality
Monitor and analyze departmental metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
Maintain strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business services operations
Lead change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business services operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong track record of driving operational excellence and improving business processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance improvements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using business software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software
