Business Services Manager EOC-MC-8435 

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher
•    Three (3) or more years of paid work experience in financial administrative setting
•    Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of financial operations, including general accounting, transaction processing, and procurement activities
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Qualifications:
•    Strong computational and analytical skills
•    High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
•    Experience with computer-based accounting applications
•    Experience working with multicultural and low-income populations
•    Familiarity with Banner Finance is a plus
•    Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
•    One year or more experience in operations a plus
•    Non-profit experience a plus

This is a full-time 12-month, Management Confidential position with a salary range of $55,000.00 to $58,000.00.
