Business Services New Accounts and Cash Management Consultant

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

•Provides exceptional service to business clients through proactive relationship management, tailored financial guidance, and timely resolution of needs across all deposit products, digital banking, and cash management services.

•Working closely with department team members and branch team members to attract new business members while providing assistance with new deposit accounts, digital banking, and cash management services. 

•Opens and maintains all types of deposit accounts and services offered by MAX Credit Union. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of personal and business banking products and makes appropriate recommendations to meet members’ needs.

•Sells and implements business solutions such as Remote Deposit Capture, ACH (Automated Clearing House) services, and digital banking tools to enhance convenience and access.

•Partners with internal departments to deliver holistic solutions for members. Ensures a seamless and coordinated approach to member service.

•Maintains a member first mindset. 

•Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.

•Completes all training as required. 

•Performs other duties as assigned.
