Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group, in partnership with a 60-year-old financial institution in Washington, DC, is seeking a driven Business Services Specialist, who will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with key organizations and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain strategic partnerships by arranging site visits, attending partner events, and conducting presentations and seminars to increase product/brand awareness
• Drive sales of financial products & services and recommend strategic direction for business growth
• Analyze business trends and report performance findings to leadership
• Manage vendor relationships & access controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (equivalent experience and/or professional training may be considered)
• 3-5 years' experience in sales & business development (financial services preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven ability to build & close partnerships
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & financial analysis tools
• Ability to travel locally up to 75%
