As Business Solutions Enterprise Architect at Premier Health, you will play a key role in designing and sustaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity environment while partnering closely with senior leadership to advance enterprise-wide technology capabilities.

This position is ideal for a college graduate with 7–10 years of related experience who wants to make a visible impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization. You will have the opportunity to advise the Chief Digital and Information Officer, guide release planning with stakeholders, oversee disaster recovery planning, and coach development and design teams throughout product development and implementation. • Design and maintain the strategic plan for Premier Health’s IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity environment
• Advise the Chief Digital and Information Officer on overseeing, improving, and upgrading enterprise services, hardware, and software
• Facilitate release planning with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Oversee disaster recovery planning and related governance activities
• Coach development and design teams by providing detailed architectural guidance during product development and implementation
• Monitor technology trends and identify software, services, and hardware that may improve healthcare delivery
• Evaluate internal functions, business technology strategies, and IT processes and recommend improvements
• Catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, and enforce enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components
• Participate in business architecture models that reflect organizational strategies and goals
• Support the creation and implementation of business visions and objectives through aligned technology architecture
• Identify ideas and opportunities to reduce costs across IT and business leadership functions

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY: successful candidates should live within 50 miles driving distance from Dayton, Ohio. While we do offer a hybrid work arrangement, you will often need to come to the office in-person.

• Bachelor’s degree required

                 *Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Master’s degree preferred
• 7–10 years of job-related experience required
• Background may include roles such as Technical Analyst, Applications Architect, Technical Architect, Information Security Officer, Technical Auditor, System Architect, Cloud Architect, Data Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, or Disaster Recovery Architect/Leader
• Experience in business design and architecture required
• Experience with project-based technology delivery required
• Preferably brings mobile technology experience
• Experience as a product manager of software products preferred
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure planning, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
