Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

This role within the Private Bank Platforms, Transformation & Enablement team acts as the subject matter expert for client data, responsible for driving data quality, consistency, and usability across the enterprise. The position leads and supports client data initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and visibility of client and account information, while partnering with business, technology, and regulatory teams to evaluate processes, resolve cross-line-of-business issues, and mitigate impacts through testing. Additionally, the role provides strategic guidance on enterprise programs, reporting, and data access, and is accountable for managing and resolving production data issues to support informed decision-making and an enhanced client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
  • Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; advanced degree strongly desired.
  • Extensive experience in financial services, with a strong track record delivering data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise in Private Bank client lifecycle or strong command of enterprise data processes, including data lineage, governance, and cross-platform/LOB integration.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a proactive, self-directed manner.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage complexity, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to research issues, identify root causes, and recognize patterns.
  • Proven project management experience, including defining requirements, structuring workstreams, and driving execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SQL

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$96,900.00 - $173,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
