Job Description - Business Supervisor, Phoebe Philo

Your Role
As the Phoebe Philo Brand Manager, you will be the Leader and brand ambassador for Phoebe Philo in Bergdorf Goodman ensuring that there is consistency in providing superior client service and ensuring that the boutique exceeds defined performance targets while delivering the Bergdorf Goodman and Phoebe Philo experience. You will work on-site in the store and you will report to the Senior Director.
What You'll Do
Promotes the vision and culture of the Phoebe Philo brand while championing Bergdorf Goodman values on a consistent basis
Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with Bergdorf Goodman teams and Phoebe Philo to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales
Develops and strategizes with Bergdorf Goodman team to achieve sales goals for Phoebe Philo
With the Sales Experience Manager create and manage strategy to increase brand availability to all sellers
Create and implement Client Strategies ensuring there is a clear vision for an Emerging Client Program in Bergdorf Goodman as well as a strategy for development and retention of current client relationships
Leads the partnership and execution between Bergdorf Goodman and Phoebe Philo on all client facing events and experiences
Participates in seasonal buy reviews
Visual liaison with PHOEBE PHILO
Facilitates Scheduling of all Phoebe Philo training needs including Collection Edits, Selling Ceremony and Operations
Collates Business recaps to communicate to all critical stake holders through executive summaries and seller communication
Keep proprietary info in Bergdorf Goodman. Utilizing the upmost discretion in all communication
What You Bring

6+ years of experience in Retail management, Wholesale management, or related field
Strong ability to partner with both a team of sellers and clientele.
Strong business acumen.
Experience collaborating with multiple teams within and outside of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic and focused on the end results.
Operates with a high degree of ethics and integrity.
Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
