Business Support Administrator
Our Portfolio Manager Business Support team is a group of dedicated, dynamic individuals who, as a team, support the firm’s investment professionals with their administrative needs. We are looking to add another person to the team, to help move the function forward. Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the investment professionals by booking international and domestic travel arrangements, processing expenses in Oracle, coordinating meetings and conference rooms, and coordinating all logistics when employees are visiting other offices. You will likely get pulled into all different types of projects, which will elevate your skill set to the next level! Ideally, you are someone with an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills. This role requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the investment professionals by coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and scheduling meetings and conferences rooms
  • Receive and handle high volume of emails and requests
  • Booking candidate interviews and travel for trading teams
  • Coordinate all Equity Capital Markets meetings for the firm
  • Perform day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, file organization, research requested information, archiving, and preparing pre-meeting materials for review
  • Other related projects and duties as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in a similar capacity with an excellent performance track record
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and success
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle time efficiently
  • Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good teammate with a strong willingness to participate and help others

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
