Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with home health referrals and clinician scheduling.
Complete insurance verifications and authorization requests.
Assist with complete medical records requests.
Provide telephone and clerical support.
Participates in referral/intake weekend on call rotation.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer service experience with good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills and technology to complete documentation of clinical record.
Preferred at least one year experience working in a medical/healthcare office.
