Business Sys. Analysis Advisor - with Growth Opportunities

Job Description:

9 years of experience as a BA
5 years Analyse the existing B2B Ecommerce sites (US/Canada/Puerto Rico), their Business processes and propose robust solutions to improve the overall User experience and performance of the site thereby increasing Sales generating more profits
Document requirements in Confluence
Set business rules in Insite and document master data & User roles
Work with Development team, Designer to build new features or replace existing solution & UX designs
Work with QA team to build applicable Test cases and test the solution end to end in QA system Assist business in UAT and get the required sign-off to move to Production
Train Business users to get hands on the new solutions built
Work with development team to deploy the solutions signed off to Production
Present innovative ideas to improve overall user experience
Participate in Daily Scrum call, Workshops, QA sessions, Prioritization, Retrospective & Deployment meetings in each sprint
Work with Product owners, Business team, Scrum master on the required approvals on documentation
Update Jira Backlog, Stories, Defects & Tasks daily

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE 50$ TO 61$ MAX). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
