Job Description:
As a Business Analyst II, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover insights and trends that drive decision-making.
- Develop business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive process improvements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support and training to end-users on new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for further optimization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in banking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles is desirable.
