Come be a part of what\u2019s next.\n\n## The Team and Role:\n\nThe Netflix Fintech Engineering Team manages and delivers solutions for the constantly evolving needs of our Controllership team. Our team is seeking an excellent Functional Lead to help us solutionize, work in a rapid development environment with multiple internal business stakeholders, and meet external regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on configuration and analysis role with significant stakeholder engagement and project delivery responsibilities. The position will be based in Los Gatos, CA, and report to the Manager of Finance Technology. \n\nVisit our culture deck and long-term view to learn more about the unique Netflix culture and the opportunity to be part of our team.\n\n## What You Will Do:\n\n * Work with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive them to successful completion.\n\n * Work with technical teams to design and develop solutions and deliver these, covering all facets of testing.\n\n * Configure systems based on business requirements, and design and develop custom reports for finance users as required.\n\n * Plan, prioritize, and manage projects/enhancements on the roadmap, ensuring a successful end-user experience.\n\n * Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.\n\n\n\n\n## About You\n\n * In-depth enterprise software experience in big ERP/accounting systems like Workday/Oracle/SAP as a systems analyst. Having Workday experience will be a plus.\n\n * Solid understanding of accounting around Billing, Revenue Recognition, FX, and Financials Consolidations. \n\n * Strong understanding of finance business processes and their interdependencies, including the month-end close cycle.\n\n * Experience designing, building, and supporting custom solutions \n\n * Strong project management skills to take ownership of projects and drive them from inception to completion.\n\n * Experience in working with engineers, product managers, and product owners.\n\n * Experience in understanding integrations with various finance systems.\n\n * Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.\n\n * Organized and accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple tight deadlines.\n\n * Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations, serve multiple customers, and deliver an excellent experience.\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting (or a related field), or equivalent experience.\n\n\n\n\nGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000.00 - $340,000.00.\n\nNetflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
