1. Recommends resolutions to production support issues. Ensures appropriate problem resolution and methodology is utilized.
2. Performs user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Supports the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
3. Participates in the design, prototyping, coding, and testing of new or enhanced applications. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements.
4. Assists in the implementation of systems and software. Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots issues, as necessary.
5. Assists in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
