Partner with product line or division management on cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division and financial goals Coordinate product line or division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement Manage and drive division COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets Coordinate Division level business continuity planning and crisis management Drive Division safety compliance including lab safety practices Ensure all ePLC (enhanced product lifecycle) operational deliverables are supported and completed Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
