Business/Systems Analysis T5

Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, is now hiring a Business/Sytems Analysis T5 to support the customer and shall provide system administration services to the Government for both physical and virtual hosted applications. You will provide all services necessary to ensure the efficient operation of all physical and virtual servers. You will support Government requirements to maintain data center computing, storage, and networking capabilities at Government data centers and within associated commercial cloud environments.

TFS is looking for a Business/Sytems Analysis T5 at the junior and mid-career levels to join the team. As a Business/Sytems Analysis T5 you will be part of an energetic, results-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting information systems security engineering services required to properly secure and accredit storage, network, and computer resources.

You would be supporting Naval Sea Systems Command, Shipyards, and Industrial Base agencies associated with workforce and workload management, logistic services, business operations, and total force initiatives. The current task focus is in the area of process and performance improvement and project management. The work is located at the Navy Shipyards in Norfolk, VA, primarily working onsite, with some flexibility for limited telework as the project permits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist
• May lead and direct the work of others
• Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management
• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.  

Your background should include the following based on level:

Education/Experience Requirements:

- BACHELOR’S DEGREE 

- 10 years professional experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies or related field

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must have active Secret Clearance
