ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a bus person or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in organization and effective task prioritization. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred. No previous experience is required; however, prior knowledge or experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or gaming environment is desirable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
REASONING ABILITY: No decision making is required beyond scope of essential duties.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion such as frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties require lifting trays, plates, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, or move kitchen, restaurant, or general office supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve a flexible workweek with additional hours routinely required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Essential duties involve working in a small, confined work area and restaurant environment with floors that may become slippery in the process of preparing food and beverages. Essential duties require working in an inside environment with large numbers of people and a commonly hot or cold work environment due to running ovens and refrigeration units.
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Equipment typical of a commercial kitchen and restaurant including but not limited to: refrigerators, knives, spoons, forks, glasses, plates, pots, pans, pitchers, and various cleaning supplies and materials.

$16.00+ annually based on experience
