Busser Duties:
1. Supports servers by clearing dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and other dining supplies.
2. Cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables after meals.
3. Maintains appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
4. Assists servers and bartenders with food running/food delivery.
5. Keeps designated service stations clean and well stocked.
6. Acknowledges all Guests as they enter and exit and assists hosts with seating Guests.
7. Supports Front of House and dishwasher teammates because “everyone’s job is everyone’s job.”
8. Reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
9. Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Oregano's Team Member Handbook.

Busser Requirements:
Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older.
Valid state accredited food safety and handling certification and alcohol serving certification.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet.
Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination.
Ability to hear Team Members and Guests in a loud work environment.
