Description

Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard-working food and beverage team. This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.  

· Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.

· Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.

· Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service.

· Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.

· Help servers carry food trays or beverages when needed.

· Dispose of trash and maintain an organized back-of-house.

· Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.

· Always follow health and safety regulations.

- Greet all guests warmly and enthusiastically. 

Requirements

· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity.

· Hearing, writing, typing.

· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.

- Other duties may be assigned.
