 Join the Service Team at The Carrington – Landmark Resort, Egg Harbor

The Carrington, located at the north end of the Landmark Resort in scenic Egg Harbor, offers guests and locals alike an upscale casual dining experience paired with some of the best views in Door County. Known for award-winning cuisine, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere, we are currently seeking a full-time Busser to join our dedicated front-of-house team.

Position Overview:
As a Busser, you’ll play an essential support role in creating a seamless dining experience. Working closely with our servers and kitchen staff, you’ll ensure that tables are impeccably set, service is efficient, and every guest receives prompt and polished attention throughout their visit. Morning and weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet each shift with a professional presence and awareness of assigned service areas
   
• Maintain a clean, orderly dining room by clearing and resetting tables between guests
   
• Deliver dishes promptly and accurately, assisting servers with multi-course service and large parties
   
• Monitor and attend to guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing used dishes, and responding courteously to requests
   
• Support overall service flow through effective communication with hosts and servers
   
• Regularly inspect and tidy guest areas, including restrooms, to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
   
• Contribute to a warm and gracious farewell for departing guests
   

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time, approximately 32-40 hours per week
   
• Hourly Rate: $15/hour plus tips
   
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance after 60 days, Paid Time Off accruing from day one, 401(k) after one year

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• No prior restaurant experience required – a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key  
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and performing physical tasks such as bending and reaching  
• Ability to communicate clearly in the predominant language(s) of our guests  
• Punctual, well-groomed, and professional in demeanor
