Who WE are looking for:

Primary responsibility of the Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests.  This is a high-volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance.  If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.

  Excellent internal/external guest service;

  Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist;

  Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards;

  Transport dirty items to dish room;

  Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers;

  
  


• 
  

  Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper;

  
  


• 
  

  Other reasonable duties as assigned.

  
  

Experience YOU will need:

• 
  

  High School diploma or GED.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 6 months in a similar role or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests.

  Capability to handle high volumes and stressful situations with composure.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in working in fast-paced environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Skill in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
