Busser/ Server Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic busser/server assistant at WILLOW CREEK COUNTRY CLUB. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to our members. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the industry, we have opportunities for you. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a desire to learn. Can be Cross-Trained to work Snack Bar, Food Runner and Banquets.

Requirements: -Previous busser experience preferred-Must have a food handler card-Must have a professional appearance, be reliable and have an outgoing and friendly personality.-Thrives under pressure-Minimum age requirement for employment is 16 years old-Can work evening shifts, weekends and holidays 

Salary and Benefits:- Hourly wage: $13-15 per hour- Benefits include a great work environment, flexible schedules, free employee meals, golf and swimming privileges on Mondays when off.  

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour+ Tips (pay depending on experience)  

Shift: Day/ Evening Shifts,   

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Required Weekend availability
• Holidays availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Hourly plus Tips

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

License:
