Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Execute and manage pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand\n\n * Lead cross-functional team to drive problem resolution for supply issues with key stakeholders (i.e. engineering, manufacturing, Program Managers, Supplier Account Management)\n\n * Drive purchasing activities to execute purchase at the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.\n\n * Lead inventory and E\u0026Z reduction efforts\n\n * Manage and lead assigned Purchasing Projects (i.e. Manage cost, schedule, and scope as required)\n\n * Manage complex and sensitive information with supplier leadership team and internal stakeholders\n\n * Contribute to purchasing process improvement within the team and Act as trainer for department purchasing activities\n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree\n\n * 2-4 years of experience\n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace\n\n * Demonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects and build consensus, as needed\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n2 - 4 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$78,000.00 - $107,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
