Position: Buying Center BDC Agent

Advantage Dealer Group is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Buying Center BDC Agent to help expand our vehicle acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for engaging with customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles, setting appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to dealership visit.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have submitted trade-in, vehicle appraisal, or vehicle-buying inquiries.


• Make outbound calls, send text messages, and email prospects to schedule appointments.


• Follow up consistently on all leads and maintain CRM accuracy.


• Confirm appointments and assist customers through the vehicle appraisal process.


• Build value in selling or trading vehicles to our dealership.


• Meet daily activity goals and appointment-setting targets.


• Provide excellent customer service while representing the Advantage Dealer Group brand.


• Work closely with management and Buying Center team members to maximize opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.


• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.


• Previous automotive BDC, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required.


• Basic computer skills and experience working in a CRM system.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 125 outbound calls per day.


• Minimum 100 text messages per day.


• Minimum 80 emails per day.


• Consistent follow-up on all active opportunities.


• Achieve and exceed appointment-setting goals.


• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.
