Responsibilities

• Diagnose transmission issues using specialized equipment and testing methods.


• Perform transmission repairs, rebuilds, and replacements as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.


• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide timely and effective service.


• Stay current with advancements in transmission technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a transmission technician, ideally at the C Level.


• Strong knowledge of transmission systems for various vehicle makes and models.


• Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools efficiently.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
