CA PRN Inpatient Pharmacist 13Week Contract - Hiring Urgently

We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team at the County Hospital in San Francisco County, California. This position offers the flexibility of per diem work, allowing you to contribute to patient care on an as-needed basis. As a PRN Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our Level I trauma center, providing pharmaceutical expertise to support the healthcare needs of our munity.

Location: San Francisco, CA 94110

Key Details:
- Hours: As needed, with flexible scheduling.
- Availability: Must be able to work on short notice to cover shifts.
- Technology Used: EPIC and Omnicell

Responsibilities:
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness of therapy, legality, and pleteness.
- Provide clinical consultation and clarification to healthcare providers.
- Verify prescription orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Advise patients on medication usage and outes.
- Participate in clinical and administrative activities within the pharmacy department.

Qualifications:
- Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist in California.
- Previous experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC and Omnicell technology.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
