THE JOB:

As a Cabana Host at Luxor's pool, you’ll be the first smile guests see at the pool. Your warm service and attention to detail will turn a day at the cabana into an unforgettable experience, all while working in a fun, fast‑paced, and sun‑soaked environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.00 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide professional guest service, including cabana seating assistance, pool/property information, and resolution of guest concerns in accordance with service standards.

• Manage cabana operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, arrivals, departures, and walk‑ins to ensure smooth daily execution.

• Support operational readiness by assisting with inventory management, supply ordering, and daily cabana setup.

• Process payments, charges, credits, and room transactions accurately while following proper cash handling and balancing procedures.

• Coordinate with VIP Services and beverage teams; manage calls, radio communications, waitlists, opening/closing duties, and maintain pool deck appearance and cleanliness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Host/hostess or similar experience in a resort or related setting preferred.

• Current valid Food Handler’s Card from Southern Nevada, or ability to obtain upon offer of employment

• Current valid Alcohol Awareness Card, or ability to obtain upon offer of employment
