Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, service-driven Cabana Servers to join our poolside Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to members and guests in a fast-paced, outdoor setting while upholding the club’s high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
   
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
   
• Deliver orders promptly to cabanas and poolside seating
   
• Provide attentive, proactive service to ensure member satisfaction
   
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and cabana areas
   
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
   
• Process member charges accurately using POS system
   
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
   
• Strong customer service and communication skills
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
   
• Comfortable working in warm weather conditions
   
• Weekend and holiday availability required
   
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs
