We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for almost 40 years and employs about 170 employees.  The Art Source, Inc. is the parent company to our three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene.  Our core competency as a business is local manufacturing of customizable products for the home: artwork, interior furniture & home decor.  We make all the products in our factory on the west side of Oahu in Kapolei and we sell to our customers through our various retail locations on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. Currently, we are looking to hire for our Plus Interiors team. At Plus Interiors, we specialize in creating high-quality custom cabinets for residential and commercial spaces. We take pride in our craftsmanship and our exceptional customer service. To support our growing business, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable delivery driver who will be responsible for safely transporting custom cabinets to job sites while ensuring all products meet our quality standards before shipping. In addition to deliveries, this position will assist with prepping and quality checking orders, along with general warehouse duties as needed.

Pay & Benefits:

We are looking to pay this position $18-22/h, commensurate with skills/experience.  We also offer company profit-sharing, which is a performance-based incentive ($1-2/h more based on company hitting its goals).  This position comes with full benefits, that include medical insurance, 401k, paid time off (12-20 days a year based on tenure), and an employee discount of 25% (across all sister companies of The Art Source, Inc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and unload cabinets to and from job sites.


• Inspect and quality check cabinets prior to delivery to ensure they meet company standards.


• Assist with prepping jobs for delivery, including packaging and ensuring all parts and materials are accounted for.


• Perform general warehouse duties, such as organizing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace.


• Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth deliveries.


• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified or experienced).

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to obtain Department of Transportation medical card (required for commercial vehicle operation).


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Previous delivery driver experience, ideally with larger vehicles.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.


• Experience working in cabinetry, construction, or similar industries is helpful but not required.


• High School graduate or equivalent
