We’re hiring a Quality Inspector – Cable and Harness position in Anaheim, CA. This is a Full-Time position. Apply today for serious consideration!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on cable and harness assemblies
- Record inspection data, maintain accurate documentation, and report non-conformances
- Support MRB activities and provide feedback to production and quality teams on recurring issues
- Verify workmanship against IPC/WHMA-A-620, customer specifications, and internal procedures
- Inspect for continuity, proper crimping, soldering, labeling, and overall assembly quality
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions
- Use tools such as calipers, microscopes, multimeters, and continuity testers during inspections
- Adhere to SQA/Client policies
Qualifications:
- Cable and Wire Harness Inspection Experience (3+ years)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Familiarity
- Familiarity with general quality inspection tools and techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
$30 - $35 an hour
