2nd Shift: 2:00 PM start time 

What You’ll Do

• Assemble cables and harnesses for cutting-edge water features and large-scale installations
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and schematics to ensure perfect connections every time
• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires; perform precise terminations to company standards
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and functionality—your eye for detail keeps the magic running
• Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and supervisors to solve problems and keep production moving smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area—help us keep our world-class shop in top form
• Our team powers through 10 to 11 hour days, with the opportunity for overtime and weekend shifts—perfect for those who thrive on big goals and big rewards
• Take on different tasks as needed—no two days are ever exactly the same at WET!

What You Bring

• Experience in cable assembly, electrical assembly, or similar hands-on manufacturing role
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or schematics
• Steady hands, sharp eyes, and a commitment to quality in every connection you make
• Strong teamwork skills; you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Dependable and ready for action—show up on time, every day, and bring your best
• Flexibility and a strong work ethic are key—we pull together and go the extra mile whenever the project demands it
