Cable Installation & Repair Supervisor

Hybrid Flex-Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (other hours as needed)

The Installation & Repair Supervisor will oversee unit employees and installation contractors. Although a hybrid-flex schedule, must reside in Pennsylvania and be able to come into the Ephrata office when required.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily routing of work


• Staging of equipment


• Inventory and ordering parts


• Building maintenance and repairs


• Resolving customer issues


• Performing commercial verifies


• Coordinating underground drop repairs with contractors


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.


• Established residency in Pennsylvania


• Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving record


• Previous supervisor experience a plus


• Advanced knowledge of plant operations and equipment a plus


• Proficiency using Outlook Email, the Internet and basic Microsoft Office Programs such as Word and Excel


• Excellent Customer Service Skills


• Ability to provide effective and professional supervision


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff


• Willingness to learn other software programs as needed
