Job Description - Cable Puller

Position Summary:

Talent Source is looking for entry-level Cable Pullers to assist electricians aboard Navy ships.

Job Duties:

• Pull and route cables through ship compartments and wireways.

• Label and band cables per NAVSEA specs.

• Support electricians with layout, bundling, and installation prep.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas.

• Assist in general labor or fire watch as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6 months+ experience in construction, electrical, or general labor.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

Pay Range: $19-$23/hour (based on experience)
