CAD Draftsman

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team, specializing in custom home architecture and historical preservation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed CAD drawings and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and modify CAD drawings for custom home architecture plans and historical preservation projects.

- Develop designs that may include custom moulding, tables, brackets, windows, doors, gates, and other architectural elements.

- Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of architectural design principles and historical preservation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in custom home design and historical preservation.

- Familiarity with building materials and construction methods.
