Pay:$18 – $22 per hour(based on experience and role level)
Location:North of Tulsa Area
Shift:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cad Plating Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The Cad Plating Technician will be responsible for performing or assisting with cadmium plating operations, ensuring components meet quality and regulatory standards. This role offers hands-on experience and the potential to grow based on skill level and performance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in cad plating or chemical processing preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with cadmium plating processes per company and industry standards
• Prepare parts for plating, including cleaning, masking, and racking
• Monitor plating baths, solutions, and equipment for quality control
• Conduct inspections to ensure finish thickness and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following all safety guidelines
• Accurately complete production records and documentation as a Cad Plating Technician

Preferred Education

• Technical training or certification in chemical processing or metal finishing a plus
