Our client is seeking a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Orange, NJ.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Conducts assessments and develops a service plan
* Provide counseling treatment
* Facilitate individual or group therapies in home with youth and families
* Conducts treatment plans for individual, group, or family settings while assuming responsibilities for case management
* Schedule intakes and appointments in a timely fashion
* Provide ongoing assesments for saftey risks and utilize interventions to mitigate saftey issues.
* Provides Psycho-education on harm reduction

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience with diverse population in an urban setting, incarcerated persons, and substance use/abuse disorder.
* Knowledge of Psychiatric Disorders and various treatment modalities.
* Can be CADC or CADC intern
