CADD Support Engineer - Bentley Systems

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CADD Support Engineer to provide project design and modeling support using Bentley applications. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and architects to develop, maintain, and manage design documentation in alignment with transportation agency standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenBuildings, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, organized, and consistent with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide CADD support for architectural and engineering projects using Bentley systems.
• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in MicroStation 2024 and Bentley OpenBuildings.
• Ensure compliance with transportation agency standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to support design development and project execution.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CADD-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support quality assurance by ensuring accuracy and consistency of all CADD outputs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–10 years of experience using MicroStation 2024.
• Extensive experience in BIM modeling with Bentley OpenBuildings.
• Familiarity with transportation agency standards and guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork with engineers and architects.
• Ability to maintain well-structured and organized project files.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Must be able to commute to West Grove, PA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certifications or advanced training in Bentley software are a plus.

This is a full-time position with a minimum expected duration of 12 months.

Schedule: Standard Business Hours | Monday–Friday

Compensation (1099): $50–$90 per hour (based on experience)
