Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and detailed information about Cadillac vehicles to prospective and current customers.


• Manage and coordinate online service appointments efficiently to optimize shop workflow and customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac products, services, and promotions.


• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through online scheduling platforms.


• Help identify opportunities to enhance online service scheduling processes and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Automotive knowledge or aptitude to learn both internal combustion and electric powertrains, features, and specifications. 


• Experience in automotive sales, product specialists, or service scheduling preferred.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge and proficiency with computers and computer management systems.


• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.


• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is a plus.
