Job Description - CADP Instructor (Civilian Leadership Development School)

Responsible for delivering instruction for the Civilian Associate Development Program (CADP) under the CLDS Training and Development contract. Facilitates curriculum, engages civilian leadership participants, and supports program objectives.

Requirements

Full-time, on-site performance at Maxwell AFB, AL (remote performance only applicable to qualifying retained incumbents).
Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Experience in instructional delivery, civilian leadership development, or military educational environments preferred.
