Come be a founding team member of the newest attraction in the Smokies and be a part of building the foundation of the most fun place to work! Sevier County’s newest attraction includes a chair lift, the area’s longest mountain coaster, amphitheater, food, shopping, mini-animals and more!

 As a Café Attendant, you will provide guests with assortments of baked goods, variety of coffees, drinks, and more! This is a fun and fast-paced position with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us. As a member of our team, you will create delicious treats while serving smiles and joy to our customers. You will also operate the easy-to-use cashier system to take food and beverage orders. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and work in a dynamic environment, we want you!

Requirements

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on menu items and products available. 
• Prepares and sells hot and cold beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Prepares and sells a variety of food items by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques using proper equipment when necessary.
• Stocks and presents food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
• Uses Point of Sale to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately as directed.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Practices service standards and current training throughout service.
