JOB SUMMARY: 

Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cardinals baseball team.

**Starting pay at $18.00 - 20.00/per hour, based on experience**

**Seasonal Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Starting January 2026**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills


• Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area


• Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.


• Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily


• Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing


• Communicate all needs through the Hospitality Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef


• Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked


• Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety


• Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 3 years customer service experience preferred


• Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude


• Extreme attention to detail


• Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them


• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills 


• A working knowledge of baseball


• Understand nutrition and performance based food

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform the physical demands: On your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop


• Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends


• Ability to commute to Jupiter, FL 


• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
