We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Café Lead to help oversee daily operations and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Café Lead is a hands-on role that involves supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and stepping in wherever needed—from the Kitchen to front-of-house service. 

Hourly rate: $15.00 - $20.00, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
   
• Open and/or close the café, ensuring all procedures are followed
   
• Train and support new hires and current staff
   
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
   
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
   
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
   
• Uphold brand standards in product presentation and customer interaction
