What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations, team culture, and execution
• Hire, train, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive guest satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash controls
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Oversee training, performance, and staff accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Open availability (35–40 hours/week)
• Texas Manager’s Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of food service leadership/management experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Positive, energetic, and team‑focused mindset [CafeManager | SharePoint]

Pay & Earning Potential

• $13.00/hr during training (2–4 weeks)
• $13.50/hr after training
• + ~$2/hr in tips (bi‑weekly)
• + Monthly performance bonuses (~$1–$2/hr equivalent)
• Annual reviews

Effective earnings: ~$17/hr+ with tips and bonuses
