Cafeteria Attendant

The purpose of the Cafe Attendant position is to provide food and beverage service to team members in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. See below for details and to apply for the position.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission.

Essential Functions:

• Unloading trucks and putting product in the proper places.


• Cleaning, organizing, and rotating all coolers and freezers daily.


• Cleaning and re-stocking the Sand Dollar Café every morning.


• Re-stocking ice in the Sand Dollar Café.


• Breaking down and removing all cardboard boxes daily.


• Cleaning the dumpster area daily.


• Cleaning & sanitizing ice machines.


• Cleaning and sanitizing floor drains daily.


• Cleaning and sanitizing trash cans daily.


• Cleaning and sanitizing elevator daily.


• Cleaning and sanitizing carts daily.


• Clean hallway behind John Ringling Room daily.


• Clean and organize Plate Room daily.


• Transport food to Cafeteria.


• Lift 50lbs.


• Transport 100lbs.


• Clean equipment when needed.


• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience a plus


• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
