The Cage Main Banker provides friendly, efficient, accurate customer service to guests and co-workers through the process of chip cashing, check cashing, and making simple exchanges.  It is a fun job for a public-orientated individual and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given point in a timely manner.

1.  Check cashing payroll and personal 

2. Chip/Coin usage purchases or redemptions

3. Transactions computer entry 

4. Pit and poker fills credits and exchanges slot jackpots fills

5. Marketing promotional knowledge

6. Maintain customer and business confidentiality 

7. Title 31 training and retraining and compliance 

8. Safety awareness constant training and compliance 

9. Management of supplies and work area necessary to complete work 

10. Verbal and aesthetically pleasing communication skills

11. Perform related and or other duties as required

12. JDU Redemption Kiosk Knowledge (fills rollover)

13. Keno Knowledge (cashing tickets)

14. Cover shifts as needed

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age and High School graduate or GED 
•  Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card. 
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). 
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision. 
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance. 
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding. 
• Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance. 
• Honesty and Integrity 
• Accurate, efficient mathematical computation and cash-handling. 
• Record-keeping or bookkeeping skills 
• 10-key; office machines; computer/keyboard;  internal radio usage;  phone usage 
• Title 31 Training 
• Constant Safety Awareness Training (includes MSDS)
